Ha An Printing Joint Stock Company
Ha An Printing Joint Stock Company was formerly Ha An Printing Trading and Service Co., Ltd., established on December 4, 2008. After nearly one year of operation, on December 23, 2009, the company was officially renamed Ha An Printing Joint Stock Company. Based on customer demands and business plans, we have continuously invested in machinery and equipment in alignment with our development phases.
- 2013: Invested in hot stamping and foil stamping technology.
- 2017: Invested in film lamination technology to optimize costs and production time. Additionally, automated die-cutting technology was introduced.
- 2017 – 2021: Expanded production lines and technology for rigid box manufacturing, increasing to a total of four automated production lines.
- January 2022: Relocated our factory to a new 10,000m² facility with modern infrastructure. The new setup optimizes costs, management, and operations by following an advanced technological workflow. This marked a historic milestone in the company’s development.
- April 2022: Added a 6-color printing machine with one coating unit (72×102 cm format), bringing the total number of offset printing machines to seven. This investment further meets customer demands for quality and production timelines.

Printing Technology
KHS-AI Technology
KHS-AI Technology (KHS Advanced Intelligence) is a smart system with self-learning capabilities. It optimizes the printing process by analyzing previous print runs and adjusting settings in real-time. This reduces setup time, increases productivity, and enhances the overall efficiency of the printing process.
UV/IR Coating and drying
The Komori Lithrone G40 Advance printer at Newlifepack is equipped with an integrated UV/IR coating and drying system. This ensures that UV/IR ink is applied and dried quickly, reducing waiting time between production steps. It guarantees print quality regardless of production speed.
PTS Techology
A flatbed die-cutting machine is a type of press that operates with an up-and-down, horizontal, or rotary motion (depending on the machine type). It features a die mounted on a wooden plate with blades shaped according to the product’s design. The die includes sharp blades for cutting, dull blades (also called creasing rules) for fold lines, and perforated blades for tear lines.
PDC System
The PDC System (Print Density Control) provides precise control over position and color, ensuring accurate color reproduction throughout the entire printing process. This system enhances printing efficiency, minimizes waste caused by printing errors, and guarantees that each printed product meets high-quality standards.
