Quality Control Process in Production

Recognizing the critical role of quality in the company’s production and business activities, we have developed a 4-step quality control process. Quality control starts from the source: controlling quality from the design phase, prepress, and our raw material suppliers. Quality control during the production process, and quality control before shipping. We conduct system monitoring, ensure compliance with the process, and identify high-risk points to focus on controlling.

Prepress Design Process

To convey all of the customer’s ideas into the packaging design, we clarify the ideas and expectations with the customer. We update design skills, industry knowledge, and experience, while collaborating with the technology team during the structural sample creation process to meet customer standards. Design information is agreed upon, communicated, and supervised from the design phase to ensure there are no mistakes in content or images.
